I have worked with clients from a wide range of ethnicities, ages, sexual orientations, and walks of life, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and other psychological difficulties. I have also helped both males and females who have survived varying types and severity of abusive behaviors.
I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective support.
I find great professional fulfillment when helping others find themselves. I know that no matter the difficulty one is facing in life, having a supportive person who is able to provide a non-judgmental, understanding approach can significantly help.
What should a new client know about working with you?
My genuine hope is that clients feel heard and validated at the end of a session. I have found that when individuals feel heard, not judged and understood, they leave the session feeling better and have more confidence in their abilities.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
