I'm Christina (she/her), and I partner with clients in a collaborative, comfortable, evidence-based approach to navigate life stressors, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. My therapeutic style creates a safe space for all to explore their understanding of themselves and the world without judgment. My goal is to welcome everyone to feel safe and heard. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and DBT. Whether it is your first time in therapy or you have been in therapy for years, let's open this chapter together. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University and am completing my Master's degree.
