I am client-centered and very open with clients. I want to meet them where they are. I bring humor and hopefulness to the session, as well as compassion and honesty. I help clients identify their narratives as well as challenge them. I have experience with eating disorders and relationship issues so am very familiar with helping clients explore their relationships with food, their body, their family, and friends. I believe the clients know themselves the best, so I trust I will learn from them as they will also learn from me, and that will guide our work together.
