I provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can more deeply examine their inner feelings and find ways to overcome life's challenges. My interests and areas of specialty are but are not limited to working with adults and young adults on issues of anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, career stress, burnout, self-esteem, and personal growth. I hope to help you along your journey of self-discovery and to always provide you with a place where you can feel heard and understood.
