Getting to know Christina Ramirez

I have experience working with individuals, children, families, and various groups. I've been trained in evidence-based practice modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and the Managing and Adapting Practice (MAP) system. I use a cognitive behavioral approach to help my clients alter unwanted behavior patterns. Some of my specialties include trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, family conflict, relationship issues, parenting, crisis management, and many other concerns. I specialize in trauma but have also worked with many individuals and their families to address other behavioral challenges. I strive to provide my clients with a safe space to explore, challenge, and conquer their concerns. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. I am committed to helping my clients feel better, maximize their potential, and reach their goals.
