This approach is hands-on and will give you the tools to better understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT aims to empower you to develop more effective coping strategies and improve your overall well-being. I may adjust my practice by using a different approach, such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, meditation, or medication, based on your distinctive needs. My primary concern is your goals, experiences, and progression. We will work together to identify concerns and challenges and come up with an action plan to aid you in moving forward with assurance. My focus Are you struggling with staying clean and sober, or have you been feeling sad, angry, or having negative thoughts and behaviors related to grief? I work with individuals of various age groups seeking help with their substance use and those who are experiencing grief issues. I will work with you to create a treatment plan to assist you with identifying coping skills.
