What should a new client know about working with you?

I became a therapist to create a safe space where you can explore the intricacies of your life story. Honoring your experiences and walking alongside you as you embrace self-understanding, unique identity, and belonging is at the heart of my work. I am passionate about helping people discover and grow in their sense of agency. My therapeutic philosophy is based on a deep commitment to a strengths-based approach, recognizing that each person and family has unique resources to overcome challenges. I also understand the impact of systemic inequities on individuals and families, and I am dedicated to addressing these issues openly in my work. My approach empowers clients to identify their strengths while making visible the larger systems affecting them, fostering resilience, personal growth, and confidence in navigating life’s hurdles.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, we start exploring what we need to work on, improve on, change, and come up with a plan on how to reach your personal goals towards growth.
