Christine Gemberling, LISW

Psychotherapist
OH
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and certified ADHD practitioner with over a decade of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals and couples facing ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, chronic illness, life transitions, depression, and more. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s holding you back, discover your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based work, and supportive therapy, always keeping your goals at the center. Whether we’re working on managing symptoms, building coping strategies, or strengthening relationships, you’ll have a plan designed for your unique needs — and you’ll always be in control of your journey. In addition to my clinical work, I teach as a senior adjunct professor in a university social work program and provide supervision to new professionals entering the field. Outside of work, I’m a mom of four, a lifelong learner, and someone who recharges through reading, Pilates, grounding exercises, and long walks in nature. If you’re ready to explore therapy, I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you in achieving your goals. Please feel free to reach out to me via email at .
