Getting to know Christine Vinci
My focus is on supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, neurodiversity, trauma, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. I also provide counseling for fellow therapists and value the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and respected.
I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Brainspotting (Level 3), to help process trauma, regulate emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and improve relationships. I believe in meeting people where they are and working collaboratively to develop personalized goals that support lasting change. My care is compassionate, inclusive, and LGBTQ+-affirming, honoring each person’s identity, culture, and lived experience throughout the healing journey.

Both appointments were cut 20 minutes short because of technical issues. Now I am being expected to pay as if i had a full visit. How is it fair that I have to pay for a full visit when I did not have a full visit due to technical issues?
