I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, grief, neurodiversity, trauma, and perinatal mental health. I also offer counseling for fellow therapists and prioritize the therapeutic relationship in every session. As a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist, I meet people where they are, creating a safe, supportive space for growth. Together, we develop personalized goals and strategies to challenge negative thoughts, regulate emotions, process trauma, and improve relationships. My approach is compassionate and inclusive, I honor each client’s identity, culture, and lived experience. I am committed to LGBTQ-affirming care and believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, and support on their journey to healing.

Both appointments were cut 20 minutes short because of technical issues. Now I am being expected to pay as if i had a full visit. How is it fair that I have to pay for a full visit when I did not have a full visit due to technical issues?
