Hello, I'm Christy. We will work to understand your struggles, take an inventory of your values, and begin to look at the barriers that are interfering with your goals. The pain you may be experiencing or have experienced may have led to a deeper level of suffering, and I want you to know that you do not have to suffer. We will first do an in-depth assessment together and then develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual goals. We will use techniques that are evidence-based, ones I believe in and know can work based on my personal experiences. I want to help you build your self-efficacy and work towards value-based solutions to life’s struggles. I am compassionate, optimistic, and believe in meeting people where they are. I have put limits on my life, but I learned to use willingness and acceptance to move forward and want to do the same with you. Additionally, I will value you as a person, and I will value working with you. If you're ready to start this journey together, I'm here to help you every step of the way.
