Hello! My name is Ciara Bobbitt, and I have 10 years of experience in both addiction and mental health therapy, specializing in PTSD/Trauma, Conflict Resolution, and Chemical Dependency. I hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Wright State University and am EMDR trained, currently pursuing certification in Ohio. My passion in therapeutic sessions is to aid my patients in reaching their full potential and becoming happier, better versions of themselves. I accomplish this goal by establishing authentic, genuine, and approachable relationships with my patients and utilizing interventions such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?
To establish the therapeutic relationship, the first session is spent information gathering to better understand the experiences and presenting problem the patient is seeking therapy for, background information to contribute to therapy, and explore their goals for therapy. Additionally we will discuss what they are seeking in a therapist so I can ensure that I am a good fit for the patient in assisting them to meet their goals.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
