I look forward to walking with you on your journey. My approach Have you been struggling to cope with the stress of the world? I work with adults by identifying how their anxiety, depression, stress, or trauma is impacting their daily life and working together to create small achievable goals to decrease the impact. I am a safe space to talk about your worries and validate your emotions. I teach clients how to stay in the present moment to reduce anxiety, along with teaching coping skills. I individualize each client's treatment plan and each session as needed. The goal is for the client to learn the tools that will benefit their life. My focus I enjoy working with adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating difficult life transitions. Many of my clients have felt overwhelmed by trying to manage everything on their own—I aim to offer a space where they don’t have to. Whether you're facing new challenges or revisiting long-standing patterns, I meet you with empathy and curiosity, and help you move at a pace that feels right for you. My communication style I bring a warm, nonjudgmental, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I aim to foster a space where clients feel respected, genuinely heard, and free to be their authentic selves.
