Do you feel like it's time to make a change in your life due to repeated patterns and challenges in relationships, work, or other areas? If you are experiencing burnout, stress, anxiety, or depressive symptoms that continue to impact your life, therapy is a good place to start identifying—or continuing to work on—those patterns and behaviors that keep getting in the way. It is my hope that through a collaborative process, we can work together to set goals, leverage tools, and apply coping techniques that will help you reach a more balanced life. In our sessions, it is important that you feel you have a safe space where you can be open, vulnerable, and true to yourself to better address the challenges in your life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, which informs my approach to supporting you on this journey.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
