I also hold a national board certification in Clinical Social Work (Board Certified Diplomate [BCD] in Clinical Social Work] through the American Board of Clinical Social Work. My educational journey includes a professional doctorate (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership, along with master's degrees in Clinical Social Work, Sociology, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. With over 23 years of experience providing therapy, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a non-judgmental perspective.
