“Clint is a very good therapist. His open and caring persona helped me to open up and then understand my feelings. My issues with anger and irrational behavior have subsided greatly since my therapy. Lessons with a simple "Feeling wheel" helped me to understand how "I was feeling". Along with the "Stoicism "beliefs he has taught me. It showed me great teachers of wisdom from long ago. How a great leader of a great family like mine can have a great dad again. I have enjoyed my whole experience of therapy. Before first class I was not sure if I wanted to go through with it. By the end of my first class I felt slightly better of myself. Every class to follow I felt better and better.Which is what matters the most. Now I feel better of myself every day. There's no such thing as a perfect day every day but I'll keep trying Thanks Clint”

Getting to know Clint Gaver

I too have a therapist because life shows up. We all experience the human condition: depression, anxiety, isolation, unresolved grief and trauma, shame, people-pleasing, toxic relationships and communication, anger, low self-esteem, addiction, and compulsions. Do you listen to your inner critic's lies too often? Are you a human in pain like I have been? Yes? Then you've found the right place. These topics and others are my specialty. I create a safe, fun, compassionate, private, and nonjudging space, using evidence-based approaches customized for each client. Like Kim said, "You've helped me see the world and myself so much better." "Thank you, Clint! I have finally taken control of my emotions and like myself today." ? Terry. I'm glad you've found the courage to ask for help. I teach clients to face the challenges that have plagued them for years. I'll share how to be more self-compassionate and change your core beliefs. Problems usually start with the relationship we have with ourselves; the core beliefs about ourselves, others, and our world can change. Let me show you how. "I really appreciate your help and feel so much better." ? Ed. I help people overcome the issues listed above. I also help process the taboo: alternative sex/kink, suicidality, anger management, and the secrets you plan to die with. My clients constantly report that working together restores hope and that change is possible. Contact me to see how I can help you. "Now I have better ways of seeing and being in this world." ? Jay "Thank you for helping put our family back together." ? Caroline. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from John F. Kennedy University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal is to equip you with the tools needed to overcome life’s toughest challenges and help you on your way to being the best version of yourself. On a weekly or bi-monthly basis, I meet with clients remotely via Telehealth/online therapy, who are experiencing transformational changes in their life. These changes include increased feelings of well-being, improved relationships, higher self-esteem, empowerment, enhanced physical health through reduction of stress, and greater clarity about their purpose and direction in life.
