Cody Hendrick is a LCSW who has been providing therapy for just over 11 years. Cody earned his Master's degree from New Mexico Highlands. Through his professional experience and struggles with anxiety and depression himself, he has been able to support many people in several different ways and locations Cody uses several different styles in therapy including narrative and talk therapy, mindfulness and meditation, positive psychology, psychoeducation, and more. Cody will teach you new skills and help you understand your brain and thinking in ways you never have before. With that new knowledge he will help you learn how to get to the goals you want to achieve, work through the emotions that you are struggling with, and begin to live your life in the pursuit of joy again.
