It’s a miracle to have Colleen . She was approachable. She cared. She knew what to watch for in what was said and not said and even between the lines of my words. My case is serious enough that I have already been rejected for services once and I was toomuch for the National Crime Victim Center. So she has courage and confidence in her skills.
