Getting to know Colleen Celaya

Hi there! I'm Colleen, and I believe that therapy is a collaborative, creative process that can help people live a more free and genuine way of life. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Mount Saint Mary's University. My practice style is warm, conversational, non-judgmental, and direct. I provide a safe and supportive space for people to explore, experiment, and gain awareness to release old patterns that are no longer helpful. I have experience working with people struggling with a range of issues, including personal transitions, anxiety, depression, self-doubt and internal conflict, challenging relationships, and recovering from loss. My goal is to help people feel more alive and aware, and to help create a more fulfilling and authentic lifestyle.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Together we can identify triggers, and work through patterns that are no longer working or helpful. I’m here to help, and take on the hang ups that might be holding you back.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
