Hi there, I'm Connie! Life can come with many challenges. I support you as you navigate anxieties, self-doubt and life changes with both curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident and connected—both to yourself and to the life you want. My focus I work with children and adults of all ages, navigating anxieties, life transitions, traumas, and self-esteem challenges, among others. Together, we’ll explore what may have become patterns or ways of coping that aren't bringing desired results, toward building coping skills and a personal plan for growth that offer insight and positive change. My approach Using tools including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS) and mindfulness to help you identify and reshape thoughts that can be troubling or challenging is my goal. My approach is earnest and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. My communication style By investing in honest, open communication, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening with calmness and patience, and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences as an empathetic partner. My goals for you Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you—whether it’s improving relationships, building self-esteem, or pursuing personal growth. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.
