Connie Zmijewski RN, LCMHC

Psychotherapist
NC
Let me introduce myself?I am Connie, and I have been in healthcare most of my life. I first became an RN and worked in clinical settings. As I remained in healthcare, I found myself wanting to help people struggling with personal issues and behaviors. I decided to earn an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University to assist with emotional and physical issues, as both affect our well-being. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to a place where you feel better about your life and future. Sometimes that involves looking at self-care. Many of us struggle to take care of our own needs and forget how important it is to care for ourselves. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you're making the right choice. You deserve to find a safe space to heal and grow.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
