They are struggling with grief, deep sorrow, hurt and pain. They have depression because of constant sadness and consistent crying episodes. The client needs a safe place to share the story of their loved ones and how much they miss them. They need my empathy to guide them through their pain and suffering and help them begin their healing journey. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 20+ years in the mental health field and experience in both the private and public sectors, in-patient and out-patient. I use solutions-focused, non-judgmental approaches to help work towards goals of managing a variety of life issues such as stress, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and addictive behavior. You are the expert of your story and have many strengths to bring to the table. Together, we can find and utilize practical tools to help improve your life and relationships.
