What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a clinician who is direct, but empathetic. I am open to talking about what you want/need to talk about rather than having a cut and dry designated path. I like to integrate in different forms of therapy, such as art therapy, guided imagery, etc. These allow for more expressive communication in the therapy room.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is not something that can be described. Each client is different, therefore every session is going to go different. I generally get to know you, build a relationship, and then make sure that we are altering the therapeutic process to what works best for you. My main goal is to make you comfortable in the therapeutic realm.
