The hardest part of therapy is being brave enough to seek out professional help, which you are doing right now! Like myself and many of my clients, you have tried everything you can think of to mend your issues, and up until now, you have not found a successful solution. I am here to tell you that you have come to the right place. I know how intimidating and scary it can be to seek out professional help-I have been where you are right now. I remember thinking that I was probably wasting my time by talking to a complete stranger but feeling like I had to give it a chance because every day that passed, I felt less in control of my own life. I am happy to share with you that seeking therapy was the best decision I ever made, and I hope by the end of our journey, you feel the same way too!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
