My name is Courtney Krolikowski. I have been practicing therapy for the past 8 years. I currently hold licenses for practicing in North Carolina, Wisconsin and Illinois. I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology. I currently reside in Wisconsin with my husband, two year old daughter and very energetic husky. I am a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele in both group and individual settings, covering a wide variety of issues. I am a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I work with issues such as Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, Trauma, Personality Disorders, Domestic Violence, Anger Management and more. My treatment approach is very person centered, focused on you, the client, and what you want and are looking for.

What should a new client know about working with you?

To start off with, sessions are usually scheduled once weekly and they are 60 minutes long. Each session has a “flexible structure” to them that includes 5-15 minutes of check in, 35 minutes of work on symptoms/treatment plan goals, and 5-10 minutes of “debriefing” that includes a recap of the session, any homework assignments and plans for next session. Although there is a structure to my sessions, you can expect flexibility, openness and freedom.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
