I empower high-functioning depressed women to overcome the burden of people-pleasing. With a Master's in Social Work from West Chester University, I love combining Internal Family Systems, breathing techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and conversation to get to the root of your struggles. Together, we can pinpoint what is not working and establish inner peace.

What should a new client know about working with you?

"Each session is your safer space with your goals in mind as we create lasting change and (slowly) take off the mask(s). First, we tend to those inner wounds. I know this is the scary part, and I will be there alongside you each step of the way. Secondly, let us take a deep breath. Breathing is the connection between the mind and body. We will be taking intentional breaths throughout our sessions. We will even move our bodies a bit to connect deeper."

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
