Most people who find their way to my profile have been putting themselves last for a long time.I work with women, new and expecting mothers, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and the kind of life transitions that leave you questioning everything. My approach isn't one-size-fits-all, it's built around you. Grounded in trauma-informed care, CBT, and mindfulness, our work together is honest, purposeful, and at a pace that respects where you actually are. I bring warmth into the room, but I'm not afraid to help you face the hard things either. That balance is where real growth happens.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I'm not the therapist who nods quietly and hands you a worksheet. I'm engaged, direct, and genuinely invested in your progress. Clients often tell me they felt comfortable from the very first session — not because I made everything feel easy, but because they finally felt like they didn't have to perform or explain themselves. I hold space for the messy, complicated, and contradictory parts of being human. You can come as you are - overwhelmed, skeptical, unsure- and we'll build from there. No judgment. Ever.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first session is a real conversation, not an interrogation. I want to understand your story, what's feeling heavy right now, and what you're hoping life looks like on the other side of this. From there, we build a plan that's actually tailored to you. Some clients need tools they can use immediately - coping skills, psychoeducation, ways to calm the noise. Others need space to process deeper wounds that have never really been addressed. Most need both. I offer short-term and long-term therapy depending on your goals, and sessions are primarily virtual so you can access consistent support without adding one more thing to your plate.
