I am a mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, primary relationship and family of origin challenges, phobias, trauma, and infidelity. My approach is client-centered, meaning I am open to whatever the client brings to therapy. I believe the “magic” in therapy comes from the client’s ability to share their issues openly; building a trusting bond between counselor and client is a key component to successful therapy. I tailor my work to each client’s unique style and needs. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Fullerton, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support my clients effectively.
