I offer a therapeutic model that will provide you with tools practiced in session for out-of-session success, leading to a more fulfilling life. My approach is grounded in creating a non-judgmental space where you can be vulnerable and free to speak, while also receiving the support you need.
Stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, anger, life transitions, relationship concerns, lack of motivation, self-esteem, and confidence can all make everyday life feel exhausting. I specialize in addressing these issues and more, including grief/bereavement, medical issues/physical health, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, multicultural/diversity issues, phobias, and providing support for military and veterans.
Together, while utilizing a multimodal approach, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, ACT, Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, and Supportive Therapy, we will go through the counseling journey with the goal of your overall well-being. I hold an MSW and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical, which equips me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively.
