Crystal has a vast knowledge and training in Evidence-Based Treatment models that include but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). She is proficient with assisting her clients with their recovery from abuse and trauma. She enjoys helping clients work to lessen their symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Crystal is a Nashville native and loves spending her free time with her family and friends. She loves the variety of activities Tennessee has to offer such as nature and sports. She loves to travel, which provides her with being able to experience the different scenery and variety in culture. Some of her favorite trips include her visits to Europe and Africa.
