I spent 5 years working in a Mental Health agency where I trained and became an Evidence-Based Practice Mental Health clinician specializing in Emotional and Disruptive Disorders with certifications in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP), Seeking Safety and Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT).
