I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia with 20 years of professional work experience. I received my Master's from Virginia State University. I have experience helping clients with trauma and abuse, oppositional and conduct-disordered behaviors, crisis management, parenting issues, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I am certified in evidence-based programs: Multisystemic Therapy, an intensive family and community-based treatment for juvenile offenders with possible substance use issues and their families, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Incredible Year as a Parent Training Facilitator.
