Getting to know Crystal Horton

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. In 2018, I graduated from George Mason University with a Master's degree in Social Work. I have worked in the mental health field since 2016 but began my career as a practicing mental health clinician in 2019. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities across various therapeutic settings, including outpatient, school-based, intensive in-home, community-based, therapeutic day treatment, and residential. I have helped children, adolescents, adults, and families add healthy coping skills to their toolboxes. My goal is to empower, educate, and help future clients navigate their life stressors.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
