Getting to know Crystal Reeves

I believe everyone needs a listening ear to help get through difficult times. Why not let that listening ear be with a trained professional? As your clinician, I will provide a safe therapeutic environment to help you navigate your current life challenges. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which means I employ various therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs. Some of the interventions I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship concerns, life adjustments, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix. I find counseling to be a rewarding profession because it allows me to integrate all my education and life experiences in meaningful ways. It is one of the few fields where life inside and outside the office is not divided. I love my profession and deeply appreciate my clients and all the hard work they do to improve their lives and relationships.
