I truly believe there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy, so I tailor the experience to match your individual and unique needs. With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, I support you in your healing journey as your "co-pilot," helping you navigate difficult emotional terrain. I aim to meet you where you are and allow you, the expert of your own lived experience, to take the driver's seat, while I serve as your soundboard in the passenger seat-gently pointing out your blind spots to help you identify the best path to wellness and fulfillment for a quality life that aligns with your values.
What should a new client know about working with you?
When working with clients, I implement a strengths-based framework and provide case-management linkages to appropriate community resources, as well as psycho-education on the nervous sytem, attachment, schemas and inner child work. You'll walk away from sessions with a better understanding of your presenting symptoms, as well as the root cause, how they manifest physiologically, cognitively and in your relationships, including adaptive tools to initiate change. The clients I serve come from diverse backgrounds and beliefs, so I ensure to approach sessions with empathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard, as well as to provide a non-judgmental and safe space that is both culturally and spiritually open.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
