Getting to know Crystal Venegas

Human beings contain multitudes – we’re complex spiritual and intellectual beings. To create lasting positive change, it’s so important to witness and heal all parts of ourselves! This belief guides my work as a licensed marriage and family therapist. My holistic approach blends evidence-based techniques and time-tested spiritual wisdom to uniquely treat the whole, true self. My clients have big hearts and big dreams, but when they come to me, they’re often drowning in stress, anxiety, or burnout. They feel like they’re on a hamster wheel they can’t sustain, but they don’t want to give up on their vision, either! I take a holistic therapeutic approach to help them balance the complexity within and take steps toward a life of deep fulfillment – a life where their biggest dreams and simplest joys can peacefully coexist.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
