Hey! I'm Crystal. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I am trauma informed, and person centered. I help adults navigate life's challenges with compassion. I have experience working with a variety of individuals. I am trained in CBT, MI, and DBT modalities. I also provide supportive care for individuals navigating life after weight loss surgery. My goal is to create a judgment free space where you can explore what's holding you back and discover tools for lasting change. My approach is laid back and flexible. Together we will find strategies that fit your unique needs and values- because therapy should feel like it's made for you. In our work together, you'll find a gentle, down to earth atmosphere. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, and ready to take on your next chapter, whatever that may look like.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
