Ms. Crystal Ann Zielinski is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Ms. Zielinski received her Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from CACREP accredited Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. She loves to continue to learn whether through ongoing training or continuing her education each year. Since she was young she knew she wanted to teach and learn as much as she could about each person she came in contact with. She is extremely passionate about ensuring that a client is looked at holistically and knows that therapy can assist with learning to cope with stress and life each day. She truly believes that no matter your past you can overcome anything and believes that no matter the age each person can change. She believes that the key to happiness is to make sure that you take care of yourself first. Self-love and self-care is key to being happy and being the best person to others in your life. She loves her brand new French Bulldog puppy Remington who turned 3 months back in November. She is a huge sports fan and her football favorite team is the Buffalo Bills. Her love of LeBron James makes her a Lakers fan. Lastly, she enjoys watching baseball, specifically the Boston Red Sox. She recently enjoyed spending as much time as she can with her family and her boyfriend’s family, specifically his two daughters. They have truly added so much to her life. Crystal Ann looks forward to working with you!
