I hold a BA in Psychology and dual Master of Education Degrees in Community Agency Counseling and Community Health Education from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. My extensive background has equipped me to provide counseling services to a diverse range of individuals, primarily adults, in various settings.
My specialties include addiction, anger management, bipolar disorder, depression, psychosis/schizophrenia, spirituality, stress, trauma, and anxiety. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for psychosis and Substance Abuse Intervention. My approach to therapy is genuine, compassionate, and inspirational, focusing on promoting wellness and a better quality of life for my clients.
I believe in living a purpose-driven life, and I find great meaning in helping others. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, am an avid sports fan, and find comfort in nature. These personal interests help me stay grounded and connected, which I bring into my therapeutic practice.
