I have been a member of the National Association of Social Workers since 1993. I have worked with clients throughout the lifespan. My experience includes helping people better manage depression, anxiety, improve communication and interpersonal skills, manage attention and concentration, and cope with grief, loss, life changes, and past traumatic experiences.
