“Last week was my first session with Ms. Cynthia but for the most part she was understanding of my rescheduling when I needed to. Everything I explained she was able to break down so I’ll have some understanding of what our sessions will possibly be like.”

“Cynthia is above and beyond what I was looking for in a counselor and I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous about opening up and admitting I need help but she was so warm and knowledgeable that I instantly knew I made the right decision and will definitely be meeting her regularly! 10/10”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Their approach to explaining ideas in different ways to help me better connect and understand the different concepts discussed is nice . She is warm and genuine and works to make sure my ideas and feelings are understood.

Cynthia has made life changing impact on my life in such a short time. And I have been in therapy for 15 years. I was able to confront my mother which I avoided. I was confident to do so in like I said such a short time.
