I had a very hard time accepting that I needed help and resources. It was very challenging and scary to take the first step. I was in a very very low place when I started sessions. She was able to empower me and provide me with real solutions to help heal my negative mindset and behaviors. I appreciate all the help she has given me.

I appreciate the fact that she is direct and I really really love that she has studied child development bec that’s a big issue in our relationship is dealing with diff coparenting styles so having an outsider that knows more about this has been really really helpful
