He is professional, interactive and has helped me immensely.

I was explaining my past and he interrupted to go over the terms. It was a rude interruption that should have been done at the very beginning before starting. By doing this he cut me off. Then he proceeded to rudely tell to tell him what’s going on “Now”. He gave the impression it was all a bore. He needs to work on his manners. And he certainly should go over the terms of service before his patient starts talking and getting into their story.
