Hello, I'm Damon Bradley aka Yellow Hawk, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California with a passion for supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and addiction. As an Army veteran and Native American (Coastal Band Chumash), I bring a unique perspective and understanding to my work. With over 10+ years of experience in the field, and 3+ years as a clinical social worker, I have had the privilege of walking alongside countless individuals on their journey towards healing and recovery. Additionally, as a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS), I draw upon my own lived experience to inform and connect with clients on a deeper level of understanding and empathy. I'm dedicated to providing culturally sensitive care, using evidenced based and non traditional holistic practices. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
