Getting to know Dana E. Tatum

Hello, my name is Dana Tatum. I have been in practice for over 23 years and have dedicated my career to providing psychotherapy to persons experiencing all levels of need. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Argosy University. My career has included working with persons suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, and Trauma, as well as those involved in the criminal justice system. Other important aspects of my practice include Athletic Performance Focus, Crisis Intervention, incident Debriefing for first responders, and empowering individuals to break the cycles of toxic relationships and self-destructive behaviors. My approach is to work with you to find the absolute best avenue toward your health and happiness. With this in mind, the most effective modality for positive change and growth will be an approach developed with respect and attention to your goals, needs, and the current dynamics of your day-to-day living. I want to help you break through what may seem an impossible barrier to your happiness and health. Though things may feel overwhelming and the light may seem far away, there is always a way if you are willing to work and develop real change through the insight that appropriate therapy can bring. I am here for you.
