Hello! My name is Dana Ferry, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have found incredible benefit in scientifically proven healing therapies such as meditation and EMDR to treat trauma. This inspired me to return to school and earn my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from National University, so I could study the science of healing for myself and help others heal as well.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The first session is all about getting to know each other and answering any questions clients might have about the process. Each individual is different, and I like to know what the client expects from therapy. Finding the right fit is really important. The first session is my opportunity to build that trust. For ongoing sessions, depending on what we are working on, my hope is clients feel seen and understood.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
