What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide evidence-based therapy for anxiety, phobias, panic, OCD, depression, relationship issues, identity exploration, anger management, grief, and life transitions. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. With couples, I teach skills to build insight, promote understanding, improve communication and rebuild trust.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first step is booking a complimentary phone consultation to determine if we are the right fit. If you decide to move forward, we will schedule an intake appointment where I will ask questions to get a better understanding of what you are looking to achieve.
