Hello! As a licensed clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Columbia University, I have experience partnering with clients across a variety of demographic spectrums. I aim to bring authenticity, open-mindedness, and a safe, supportive environment to my sessions. I specialize in working with young adults who have experienced trauma, depression, and/or anxiety.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to set realistic, meaningful treatment goals that will continually be reviewed and re-visited in order to celebrate progress as well ensure focus on areas that are most important to the clients in treatment. Clients will be supported unconditionally and encouraged to provide feedback.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I utilize evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in conjunction with a strengths-based framework. My goals are to support clients in drawing upon their innate resilience and resources as well as learn additional tools to help work through challenges. I also approach therapy with a trauma-informed lens, meaning that I am mindful of the impact trauma can have on our minds and bodies in sessions.
