Welcome/Bienvenidos. I recognize that some people will throw rocks on your path; it depends on what you make with them—a wall or a bridge? Allow me to assist you in building a path to bliss and happiness. I can help you unlock your unique treasures whether you are a student, adult, or grandparent. I’ve worked with many teens and adults of all genders who come from a prison of anxiety, addiction, ADHD, anger, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and even suicidal ideations and/or attempts. I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and an MEd in Counseling from Angelo State University. I’m certified in EMDR, yoga for trauma, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for anxiety, dissociative issues, depression, anger, and DBT for bipolar and mood issues, along with CBT and LCDC for recovery. I offer the Gottman Technique for premarital and couples counseling, specializing in young couples in their 20s and 30s. I also offer life-changing retreats twice a year in Cozumel for young couples, women, LGBTQ individuals, and all teens with one parent present. Allow me to help you break the cycle of the scarlet As: anxiety, anger, addiction, or ADHD with a healing retreat in beautiful Cozumel, Mexico. I’ve been going to Cozumel for over 20 years, and it’s a true healing environment. I know what the cycle of anxiety, anger, addiction, and ADHD feels like. I’m here to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself. Si Se Puede—you can do it! Thank you, Mucho Gracias. Hasta Luego.
