Thoughts about whether our personal concerns are valid or whether therapy is the right place to address those concerns can take over. I believe that no personal struggle is too small to work on. I value the therapeutic relationship and the individuality of each client. I offer an authentic, empathetic, and warm approach that is also active and directive. My goal is to encourage you toward a better you. You have the resources inside of you, and I will help show you how to use them. If you are committed to creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life, I look forward to working with you. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.
