UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. For some of us, starting therapy is the hardest part of the process. Thoughts about whether our personal concerns are valid or whether therapy is the right place to address those concerns can take over. I believe that no personal struggle is too small to work on. I value the therapeutic relationship and the individuality of each client. I offer an authentic, empathetic, and warm approach that is also active and directive. My goal is to encourage you toward a better you. You have the resources inside of you, and I will help show you how to use them. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on your journey.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
